 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Dermaine was my salesman. He was pretty good. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems so far. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because they didn`t go over the top.

My warranty covered the work, and I`m not sure if I have any paperwork for it. The service staff was wonderful. The transmission is slipping.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I brought it in for an oil change, and I thought there was a problem with the fuel pump again. It ended up being a cloged hose to the fuel pump. The van was there overnight and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff was fine and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change, and it was quickly serviced for me. I did not have to pay anything, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was very good, and currently there is a problem with the ball joint and heating system. I have an appointment to bring it in soon.

The car was in good condition and cleaned for me when I got it. When I am backing a and twist the wheel--it drags the tires in back causing my car to wiggle a bit.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was nice, and the vehicle has a few problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

I had a customer appreciation card so I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. They are nice people in there and I`ve always had good experiences with them. There are no current problems with my vehicle.
