    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Dermaine was my salesman. He was pretty good. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems so far. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because they didn`t go over the top.

    I own a 2003 Buick Century. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to have a short in the wiring fixed. The work was done in about a week. My warranty covered the work, and I`m not sure if I have any paperwork for it. The service staff was wonderful. The transmission is slipping.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for the fuel sensor level. It was in the shop for a few hours. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were pretty good. I am not having any problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. My experience was positive. Rick was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 2003 Mercury Grand Marq. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Andrew, and he was a pretty nice guy. I was approved for the car that day. The car was in really really good shape when I got it. I dont seem to be having any problems with the car now. The car is running great.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I brought it in for an oil change, and I thought there was a problem with the fuel pump again. It ended up being a cloged hose to the fuel pump. The van was there overnight and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff was fine and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change, and it was quickly serviced for me. I did not have to pay anything, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was very good, and currently there is a problem with the ball joint and heating system. I have an appointment to bring it in soon.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Vance, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehcicle. The staff did a good job during the time that I spent at the dealership.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Bravada. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Mary. Her service was really great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and cleaned for me when I got it. When I am backing a and twist the wheel--it drags the tires in back causing my car to wiggle a bit.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. The vehicle was recently brought in because the engine light was on, it was there for four days for it be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was nice, and the vehicle has a few problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Buick LeSabre. My experience was positive. Markita was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The car has been jerking.

    I own a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus. Nick sold me the car. The car was in nice condition. The transmission went out after five days. The car is in the shop right now. I didn`t find any other issues. The process didn`t take long at all. The staff was really nice. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My sales person was Judy. I was there from 3 until 10 and the car was in good condition when I got it. The signal lights were only working occasionally at first, and now they don`t work at all now. I have already talked to them about it. The staff at the dealership was friendly and nice. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center for an oil change, which was done within about four hours. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was very friendly to me, and my van is running alright now.

    I own a 2002 SATURN SL. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and it was quickly serviced for me. I had a customer appreciation card so I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. They are nice people in there and I`ve always had good experiences with them. There are no current problems with my vehicle.
