    I own a 2005 Chrysler Sebring. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Brian, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was clean when I bought it, and I currenlty do not have any problems with it. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. My car was in for a oil change and they were check out my heater. They had my car for about one hour. The service was under warranty. I did get paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were great. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Plymouth Voyager. I bought my car from Ben, and he was good. It took me a little while to get approved for the car. The car was in real good condition when they gave it to me. I havent found anything wrong with the car yet but I havent really drove it either. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. The vehicle was recently brought in for brake service, it was completed in less than a couple of hours. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was good, and the vehicle still has a few brake issues now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. I brought my car in because the check engine light came on and because it died in the parking lot at Target. It was in the shop for a couple days. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The staff were very nice. Recently the check engine light came on again. Overall my experinece was neutral because the check engine light came back on again.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. Dave was the salesperson that worked with me and he did a good job with everything. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I first got it but it has been dying on me while I am driving it. I was approved the first day I went in.

    I own a 2003 Ford Focus. A tall dark bald man was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I recieved it. I took one day for me to be approved for the vehicle, and there is a scratch on the vehicle, and the brakes are squealing. The staff treated me very well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 KIA SORENTO. Overall my experience was positive. My sales perosn was Vance, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle is in excellent condition when I bought it, and I currenlty do not have any issues now. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 SATURN SL1. I recently brought the vehicle in becasue it was shaking, and it took them about four or five hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and I am having issues with the brakes now. Overall I would rate this experience neutral because I have been having issues with the vehicel since I had it.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long. I had to pay twenty seven dollars for the oil change, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff is a bunch of nice guys. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Expedition. Kim was my salesperson. She was very good. The truck was not clean and in good condition when I got it but they said I could call and bring it back in for a full detail. I am not having any problems with it now. I was approved the same day.     I own a 2000 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I took in my car for something to do with the hood. It was leaking fluid and something was tighten and loose. The work was done. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. Another issue because it makes a popping noise from brakes to gas. The car runs real good. The staff is good. My experience was very positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I bought my car from Charles, and he was excellent. He was very professional. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I got it, and I am not having any problems now. The car is running like a top. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it did not take long at all. We paid the normal price for the service, and we do not remember if we got paperwork or not. The staff there have treated us pretty good, and they are good people. Currently, the temperature control is messed up in the van.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about an hour. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I don`t have any paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine, and my car is running alright now.
