 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was negitive because my car had problems with it just a few days after I purchased it. I began experiencing problems after three days. My engine light came on , and they told me that it never was in a accident but it was. My salesperson was Sam and he had good customer service. I was approved the next day.

 | I own a 1999 KIA Sportage. I brought my car in because the brakes were acting up. It took a day to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was very good. Currently the car is not working right. Overall my experience was positive.

Although, for a about three weeks straight I was having the same problems. The car is running good now. I had a positive experience.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. Justin was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and sometimes if the door handle is not pushed all the way in the door will not close all the way. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Monica, and she provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. I brought the car in to have some work done on the brakes and they had to instal some type of tube. It did not take long, maybe an hour. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was excellent. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and Im pretty sure we got a receipt for the service. The staff was friendly, and the vehicle`s engine light is on now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Focus. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However, there was water leaking out of it and it was running hot. So the shop had to replace the distributor cap. I have to take the car back in to get some belts replaced and the brakes are making a noise too. The staff overall was good too me. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought it in because the engine light, and the turn signals. It was there for a day and I have to pay for the service, but I haven` started yet. I did not get a receipt but I am still having the same problem. I haven`t had a chance to talk to them about it yet. The staff was ok and the experience was neutral becaues I am still having the same problem, and because I have always had problems with this car since I got it.
