    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My car was in for a oil change and for them to look at one of my turn signals went out. They had my car for about one hour. The employees were great. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Hyundai Accent. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Tonya, and she was real nice. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, the vehicle is kind of shaky when you drive it, and there are dents on the door and back of the car.

    I own a 2003 Buick Century. My experience was positive. Jeff was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 2000 TOYOTA Corolla. My car was in for the check engine light was on. They had my car for the afternoon. The service was under warranty. The employees were very nice. They did not give me any paper work or receipt. There are no problems with my car today. I had it in four times before it was actually fixed. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 KIA Spectra. Overall my experience was pretty positive outside of it taking the whole day. Zach was the salesperson who worked with me and he did a great job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. The brakes are having issues now and it takes a long time to stop.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. The vehicle was recently brought in for head gasket service, it took one day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, but I smell burnt oil sometimes. Overall I would rate this experience netural because of the burnt oil smell.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It did not take very long. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was excellent. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2000 Buick Regal. My car was in for the transmission, the toll converter, tyrods and ball joints. They had my car for one day. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work and a receipt. The employees were wonderful. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2005 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought the vehicle in due to electrical issues. The locks switch on and off by thereselves as well as the alarm. The air conditioner wouldn`t turn on. It took 1 week for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am still having the same problems now. The customer service I received was lacking. My overall experience was negative due to the problems. I am still waiting on a callback from the manager to get this resolved. If it can`t be repaired I asked for it to be traded it in.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Aurora. My car was in for the water pump. They had my car for about a couple of hours. The service was under warranty. They did not give me any paper work. The employees were fine as always. There are no problems with my car today that I am aware of. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Chrysler Town & Cou. Overall my experience was neutral, because they initally told me I could pick out any van I wanted with a $500 down payment. When I went there and finally picked out the one I wanted, they told me I would have to pay $750 for that one and then they stuck me in one I didn`t pick. My salesperson was Carlos, and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Jay. He and the other employees did a good job. It took a couple of days to get me approved and everything done. My car was in good condition when I got it and it is doing good today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 SATURN Other. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 20 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was good. The experience was positive as always.

    I own a 2005 Dodge Caravan. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Angie. Her service was great. The car was in good condition and clean when I got. I was approved the same day for the car. I just need my brakes inspected--otherwise my car is ok.
