 | I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. My car was in for the check engine light was, the replaced a hose. They had my car for about one hour. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were good. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. I worked with a taller dark haired male and he did a fine job working with me. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have not had any problems with the vehicle. I was approved the first day I came in. Overall my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. My experience was negative because I was having problems with the car when I first got it, and I`m still having trouble with it. My salesperson was Milan, he really doesn`t know anything about cars. My car was pretty clean when I got it, but it was shaking at about 70mph. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is making a loud humming noise now.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought the vehicle in due to the vehicle would just shut down when I was driving it. It took 1 day for it to be repaired. It wasn’t covered under warranty. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was alright. My overall experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. I brought the vehicle in because the driver`s side window stopped working. I have taken it in four times. It took 1 day for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I don`t know if my husband received paperwork that day. I am having problems with the heater not working in the front of the vehicle. The customer service I received was ok. Manual is always very, very nice. My overall experience is negative due to the repeated problems that we are having with the vehicle. Everytime we take it in something else goes wrong.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Venture. Escar was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in ok shape when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle needs windshield wiper fluid, alingment, brakes are squeaking, and has a bad tire also. The staff was nice, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Chrysler VOYAGER. My experience was neutral because the entire process took too long. Milan was my salesperson. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day, but I was at the dealership for about 12 hours. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The check engine light is on, the van is making a squeaking noise, and the passenger side window won`t roll down.

My car was not under warranty, and I had to pay $160, which I believe was a fair price. The customer service was excellent, and there are no current problems with my vehicle. I was given a receipt.

It didnt take long at all for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it currently. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

It only took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this point.
