    I own a 2001 KIA Sportage. My car was in for the check engine light was on. They had my car for a couple of hours. The service was under warranty. I am not sure if we received any paper work. The light is back on, it has been two or three the same exact thing. The employees were very nice. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Chrysler Town & Cou. My experience was positive. Milan was my salesperson. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. There is a strange noise coming from the rear wheels, and the driver seatbelt needs to be fixed.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Neon. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for new tires. It took a few hours to replace the tires. It was not under warranty and the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a reciept. The staff`s service was very good. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. I took my car to the service center because the intake gasket had to be replaced and the car was overheating. I got the car a couple days later but they gave me a loaner. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. There is a noise coming from the front end but I done know wht it is. The staff treated me good and did a good job. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 MAZDA Protege. My car was in for the head gaskett. They had my car for about two days. The employees were alright. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Escort. Bob was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchased was in good shape when I received it. It took an hour for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vheicle needs to have the brakes checked out soon also. The staff treated me very well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. I took my car into the shop because the check engine light was on and for an oil change. It took all day to fix. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. The car is still making the same noise. My overall experience is neutral because I knew there was something else wrong with my car and the mechanic told me that there wasn`t. Now it is a huge inconvenience because I have to take off of work AGAIN.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Grand Cara. Overall, my experience was absolutely positive. My salesperson was Jeiko and he was great. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no current problems with the vehicle, and I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. The recent service performed on the vehicle was an oil change, and it took about twenty minutes for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. My car was in for the rear breaks. They had my car for about two hours. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were very nice and friendly. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe. The salesperson that helped me select my vehicle was Dave, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It took a few days for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vhicle has a tail light out currently. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staffwas real nice, and the vehicle has no problems now.     But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Dodge Stratus. My experience was neutral because I only recieved one key for the car. Jeff was my salesperson. My car was running well when I got it, but it wasn`t very clean. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The passenger side power window doesn`t work.
