    I own a 2000 Chrysler Sebring. The vehicle was recently brought in for a ticking sound with the engine, and it took a day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff was real good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Tonya, and she was excellent in terms of customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, the check engine light is on.

    I own a 1999 GMC Yukon. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Tonya, and she provided great customer service. We really enjoyed working with her. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the next day. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in for the ignition. It didn`t take long to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was great, never been treated bad. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. My car was in for there was hose that came loose and it was keeping the gas light on. They had my car for about thirty minutes, it was not long at all. The service was under warranty. The employees were very nice. They did not give me any paper work. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Johnny, and Dave both were that salespeople that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It didnt take very long for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems that I know of now. The staff was very very nice, and overall I would rate this experience postiive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. Jerrod was the salesperson that helped me purchase my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchased was in good shape when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle shakes but when you go faster than 30 mph is doesnt shake. The staff was wonderful, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. My car was in for a coil cover. They had my car for about two days. The service was not udner warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were good. My car is still doing the same exact thing. My experience was neutral, because my car is not fixed.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. The new vehicle that I recently purchased was in good shape when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me select it was Lynn. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this time. The staff treated me very well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was positive. My sales person was a male with short hair who wore a ball cap. His desk is in the middle-back. I liked him, and my vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. The floormats were in the trunk, and I have no idea why they were there. There are no current problems with my vehicle, and I was approved the same day.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. I took my car in for new tire rods. It took a few hours to complete. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a reciept. The staff`s service was fine. I need new brakes for my car and when I asked the mechanics if I could pay for the brakes in monthly installments they told me that they couldn`t do it. I know theyw have done this for me in the past but this time they told me that. And for that REASON my overall experience was neutral.

    I own a 2006 Dodge Caravan. Overall I had a positive experience. Pablo was my salesperson and he was a great guy! When I purchased my vehicle it was clean and in good condition. My check engine light just came on so I am going to call and schedule an appointment. I was approved in the same day.

    I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. Overall I had a positive experience. Pablo was my salesperson and he was good as far as customer service. When I purchased my vehicle it was clean and in good condition. I was approved in the same day . Today I am not experiencing any problems with my car.

The employees were fine, I really like David, he does all he can for me. I am not sure if I received any paper work this time. I am smelling like something is burning.
