 | I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Felicia was my salesperson and she was great. The car is doing ok now, I need to set an appointment for them to fix my arm rest that was broken when I got the car. The arm rest was the only problem with the car when I got it. The staff there was great and was able to get me approved the same day. Overall, my experience with JD Byrider has been positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any problems with the car now. The staff overall was very excellent. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 2008 Ford Explorer. My experience was positive. I took my truck to the service center for an alternator, and they also had to fix something under the gas tank. I dropped the truck off at the shop, and I got it back on the next day. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was pretty nice to me. I think that the truck may need a new starter.

 | I own a 2006 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition when I bought it, but there are some dents and the door has a crack in it. I think that the transmittion has a problem because the car jerks in the morning when I start it up. My salesperson was Jowell, and he was nice. I am really thinking about taking the car back because my other finance people are stressing me out.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Felicia worked with me and she was nice. The vehicle was clean when I bought it but it is pulling to the left and right when I go up hills. The lady told me to put oil in it and I don`t understand why they can`t do it. I was approved the first day I went in. Overall my experience was neutral due to the car having problems and it not being fixed.

I was not charged for this service and I did not get a receipt or paperwork either. I currently do not have any problems with my car either. The staff overall were good.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was alright, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

I was approved for the car that same day. The car was in beautiful condition when I drove it home. I am not having any problems that I know of now. The car is running pretty good. I love the car.  | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. I brought it in for the door lock on the passenger door. It was there for about an hour and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff was there was wonderfull. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Tonnie, and I was approved the same day. The vehicle was pretty good when I bought it, but it shakes a lot. I am thinking that the motor mount is causing the problem. The displaying is not right on the screen of my stereo, and I think that a wire might be loose in the back of my vehicle. This is the first car that I have purchased, and my sales person was great!
