    I own a 2001 Pontiac Bonneville. Scott sold me the car. The car was in great condition. The car has no issues. The process took less than. The staff was great. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a short white guy, and I think his name was Matthew. He provided good customer service, and I was approved that same day. The seat was broke when I got it, and it will not adjust. That is the only problem that I am currently having.

    I own a 2008 CHEVROLET AVEO. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Tim, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was really nice when I bought it, and I love it. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle, and my sales person is did a good job through out the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler Sebring. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it took less than an hour to complete. I had to pay for the service, and I received paperwork with that. The staff there treated me pretty good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Mountainee. I brought it in for an oil change that took a couple of hours. The service was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there is very helpfull. The experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Buick Rendezvous. I brought my car in for a head gasket. It was in the shop for seven days. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was alright. The manager swears up and down he put new parts on, but I do not think they are new. Currently the car is having some problems. For example, the heat is not working. Overall my experience was neutral because the car is continuing to have problems.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. My overall experience was neutral because the car is having issues already and I just got it, and the buying experience was good. My vehicle was not clean inside when I first got it, and they did not offer to clean in either. The staff overall was very good. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. My salesperson was Josh, and he was good. He explained everything to me and really worked with me. I got approved for the car that same day. The car was in good condition when I got it, but I have to take it to the service center soon because when I switch gears the car tends to jump. Overall my experience with getting the car was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. The car was in fair condition. We haven`t found any real issues with the car. The AC needs freon. Scott sold me the car. The process took a couple hours. The staff was nice. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My overall experience was positive. Angelica was my salesperson. Her service was great. The car was in good condition but it could have been detailed better. There was a spill by the air vents that could have been wiped up. I was approved for the car the same day. I recently took my car on a little trip and I noticed that something fell off of the radiator so I need to get that replaced.

    I own a 2008 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 30 to 45 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was nice to me, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Dakota. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Brian, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was great when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. The staff did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took less than forty five minutes to complete. It was done for free for a survey I filled out. I received paperwork for the service. I had no problems with the staff. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire. I brought my car in for the brakes. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were excellent. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Richy was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. I was aslo approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle seems like it`s overcharging now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.
