 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Focus. Drew sold me the car. The car was good on the first day. The issues are mechanical but they weren`t going to get to the car until next week but I couldn`t wait that long so I took it to Ford. The ignition system is failing because I talked to a Ford mechanic. Right now it takes about half an hour to start my car so I`m getting that fixed so I can make it to work and back and I`ll fix everything else later. Battery seems weak and wheel bearings are going bad. The process took about five hours. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was neutral toward good. They were very nice and did everything to help me but the car went from seemingly fine to having problems in a day`s time.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. Overall my experience was very positive. Windell was the salesperson I worked with and he did an excellent job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition and I have not had a single problem with the vehicle since I got it.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Lumina. I reecntly brought the vehicle in for new tires, and it took a day or two for the vehicle to be completed. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good as usual, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positve.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Expedition. My salesperson was Sunia. His customer service was pretty good. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. It is currently not having any problems. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about an hour. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.

I don`t ahve any problems with the vehicle now. It took about 6 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought it in for an oil change that took 25 minutes. The service was covered with a coupon and I did get a receipt. I need to make another appointment now for a tune up and the gear shift is locking. I have not talked to them about it yet. The staff was very nice and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 Chrysler Town & Cou. I only brought it in for an oil change because there is never anything else wrong with it. It took about 15 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was wonderfull as always, especially Debbie. The experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. I brought my car in because it stopped working. I had recently had a new car stereo put in and they said it was faulty wiring on the installer`s part. It was in the shop for a day and a half. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. At the beginning I got a lot of he said, she said from the staff. When I picked up my car I actually asked to speak to the manager. He was fantastic. Within 5 minutes of talking to him I got it figured out. The mechanic was also very helpful. I am having problems with my front driver door but that is my fault but I do need to take it in to have it fixed. Overall, my experience was neutral due to the staff.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. My salesperson was a white lady who sat in the third booth from the left. The customer service I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle but I did take it back to have them clean up the inside a little better. It took about 2 hours for me to get my vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

I was approved for the car the same day, but the process was long. The car was nice and clean when I got it, and I am not having any problems now. Overall my expeirence was neutral because the process took so long.
