 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. I thought it was the water pump that needed service but it was other stuff, it was there from the morning to the afternoon to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Century. I took in my car for headlingths and bad wheel bearings already. Clarence sold me the car. The car was in good condition. The process took about four hours. The staff was great. My experience was absolutely positive.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in because the check engine light kept coming on. It was the EGR valve. It was in the shop for a few hours. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good as far as customer service. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Jeep Cherokee. My salesperson was James. The customer service that I received was excellent. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I have problems with the exhaust and the motor. It is in the shop right now. It took about 30 minutes for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was negative because of the problems with the vehicle, the price of the vehicle and one of the managers didn`t want to help me. I told them due to the problems I didn`t even want the vehicle anymore and they told me that if I didn`t take the vehicle it would be put in collections and it would be on my credit report.

My vehicle is running pretty good, but my check engine light has come on. I plan to have the service department look at my vehicle in the near future.  | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Ron, and I was approved the same day. I took my vehicle to the shop, because my tires were not air up properly. My vehicle was ran good when I bought it, but the plastic had cracked all the way around the dash board. When I took my vehicle to service, one guy did not put my hub cap on my vehicle. The service department replaced my all of my hub caps, and filled my tires up with air. My sales person was great during the purchase of my vehicle. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from you guys.
