    I own a 2003 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Denise, and she was great with customer service and she worked with us. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle, but I may need new brakes soon.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought it in for an oil change that probably took an hour. I had to pay and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was very nice and professional. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 KIA OPTIMA. Overall my experience was positive. Brent was my salesperson and he was really nice to me. The vehicle was in good condition when I purchased it. I was approved in the same day. The vehicle is doing good today.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Silverado. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was medium built, male, with brown hair. I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in great condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Ram. I brought it in for the front shocks and an oil change. It was there for half an hour to an hour and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. I have a couple of things that I want to bring it in for a rear end seal that will take some time to be fixed, but they already know about it. I always have good service from Chad and he always helps me out. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because it kept cutting off on me. It was serviced pretty quickly in a couple of days. I did not have to pay anything because it was under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was fine. There are no current problems with my car.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was a young black guy. His customer service was fine. The car was in good running condition and clean when I bought it. Currently it is not having any problems. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. The heat was not working and needed service recently, and it took a couple of hours for the vehicle to be servied. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did not receive a receipt for the service. The staff great, but the vehicle`s heat is still not working, and the service engine light lgiht on. Overall I would rate this experience neutral because the heat is not working, and the service light is on.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience with getting the car was positive. My salesperson was Wallie, and he was great. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was nice and clean when I drove it home, and I havent had any problems since I got it. The car is running real good.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in because there was a rattling noise and for an oil change. I dropped it off at 7 and they picked me up at 3. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were awesome. They are always great. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Neon. My salesperson was Ben, and he was pretty good. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. There was nothing wrong with the car when I bought it except a couple scratches. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The car is running fine. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. My check engine light is on now. Brian was my salesperson and he was awesome. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Kelly, and she provided really good customer service. The vehicle was clean but the turn signals were messing up, the check engine light is on, and it is shifting weird. I was approved the same day, and I am still having the same problems listed above.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Impala. I recntly brought the vheicle in for a fuel pump, it took two weeks for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience neutral becasue the day I got it back the engine light came on.

    I own a 2008 Buick LeSabre. I just brought my car in for an oil change and I was in and out of there in seventeen minutes. The service was free. I did recieve paper work with my service. The staff was very kind and answered any question I had. My vehicle is doing good today. My overall experience was good.
