    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My check engine light was on when I had my car serviced. It took all day to complete it. It was under warranty, and I think I have a receipt. The staff was good, and so is the car today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Escort. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a new battery and an alternator. It took a couple of hours. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great--they are great people. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was very positive. I brought my vehicle in because it was overheating and I got it back in a couple of days. I didn`t need the vehicle so I left it there for awhile. The staff are really nice and I like all the boys there. It was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 1998 Plymouth Voyager. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and it didnt take very long at all for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was wonderful as usual, and the vehicle has a clicking noise now. Overall I wouuld rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a tune up, and it took a whole day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me okay, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant. Overall my experience was positive. It always is positive. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and a light went out. I left it for the day and the price I paid was fair. The staff are always good to me and I got a receipt. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 SATURN L200. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and it took about 10 minutes. It was covered under warranty and the staff were excellent about everything. I got a receipt afterwards. I have not had any other issues with my car since I got it back from the last service.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was neutral, because they did not do the work I requested. I took the car in for an oil change, brakes, and to replace a piece. They did the oil change and charged me $5 for that, but they did not check the brakes and they did not even have the piece in to replace. They told me that the peice would for sure be in to replace, but it was not. They had it for about 45-60 minutes while they worked on it. The cost was covered under warranty, and I did not receive paperwork with the service. The staff there were pleasant, but the did not do the work I requested. Currently, I am still waiting for that piece to come in, and I am still having problems with the brakes.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Chrysler Concorde. I brought my car in for problems when I test drove it that they said they would fix. It was in the shop for 2 days. That was longer than I thought and I was not happy. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were ok. I am still having problems with the brakes. They are squeaking. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the time it took and the brakes are still not fixed.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because there was a leak in a pump and I got it back same day. It was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. The heater coil is having a problem now. The staff did an okay job while I was at the store.

I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was pretty good. There are no problems with my car at this time.

The staff was satisfying, but they did not call me and give me a status update. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to have them fix the window. I sat there for an hour while they worked on the car. All the work they did was covered under warranty, but they gave me a receipt back. I havent had the car but two months and the brake light is already on. The staff treated me good.
